For both our children, we always knew they would be safe, engaged, enjoy plenty of time outside, and have fun learning through play--thanks to the top-notch teachers and programming. Our boys have thrived there. We simply love LNS!

There's no way to express how grateful I am to the Lyme Nursery School teachers for the education they are giving my child. They are attentive, aware, thoughtful, proactive, fun--everything a parent dreams of for their young child. My son has grown so much from his time at Lyme Nursery School. We feel so lucky to be part of this school community.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers at LNS! They are thoughtful, kind, patient, and very attune to the children's needs. My son had a hard time adjusting to starting at a new school after our move to a new state, and they worked closely with him to ensure the transition was as smooth as it could be. They navigated in school learning for our children during COVID with extreme professionalism - following all the necessary protocols to ensure our children's safety. This goes for the school board as well. They are very responsive to parent questions, and give a lot of thought to each child and how they are learning and interacting with the teachers and other children at the school. The programs and activities they provide at school are equally wonderful. I feel confident that my son will be emotionally, socially, and academically prepared for Kindergarten next year!

LNS is truly a special place. The level of care, concern, thoughtfulness, and creativity from LNS teachers is amazing. It’s a small little school house that the teachers transform every week to keep things interesting and educational for the kids. During COVID, they’ve gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe, and to keep parents informed—even sending videos of the weekly classroom setup so parents can see what our kids will be up to. I can’t say enough good things about this very special school!

LNS has been one of the best things to happen to our family. Our three-year-old son is constantly engaged in learning, play, and fun. He loves his teachers, has made many new friends, and always comes home brimming with new ideas and information he learned at school that day. It's a wonderfully supportive community and we're glad to be a part of it.
